Terms and Conditions for GoaGo Cabs
1. General Booking Terms
- 24/7 Availability: We provide round-the-clock service across Goa.
- Fixed Fares: Quoted rates for Airports and Sightseeing are fixed. Extra KMs or waiting hours are charged additionally.
- External Costs: Airport parking, tolls, and state taxes for outstation trips are to be paid by the passenger as per actuals.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Airport & Local Transfers: Free cancellation within 3 minutes of booking. A flat fee of ₹150 applies after 3 minutes.
- Sightseeing Tours (8hr): Free if cancelled 2+ hours before pickup. A fee of ₹200 applies if cancelled within 60 minutes.
- Outstation Trips: A fee of ₹150 applies if cancelled within 55 minutes of the scheduled start time.
- No-Show: If the cab reaches the location and the passenger is a no-show, 50% of the fare or ₹250 (whichever is higher) is charged.
3. Refund Policy
- Driver Cancellation: If we cancel your ride, you get a 100% refund or an immediate replacement vehicle.
- Failed Payments: Deducted amounts for failed bookings are refunded within 7–10 working days.
