What are the night charges for late-night travel?
For trips extending into or starting between 23:00 HRS and 05:00 HRS, a flat night allowance of ₹250 applies. This is standard across all vehicle types (Sedan, Ertiga, Innova).
Are there any minimum KM requirements for Outstation?
No, we do not have a fixed minimum KM limit for outstation trips. You only pay for the distance of your journey, making us flexible for both short border runs and long-distance travel.
What is the "Clean Fleet" policy regarding beach visits?
To maintain hygiene for all guests, we cannot board passengers who are heavily wet or covered in sand directly from the beach. We request you to dry off and dust off sand before entering our premium vehicles.
How are tolls and interstate permits handled?
All state entry permits, highway tolls, and parking fees (such as Airport or Premium districts) are additional and must be paid by the passenger to the driver as per actual receipts.
What happens if I leave a personal item in the cab?
While we are not liable for lost items, we have a strict "Lost & Found" protocol. Please email us at goagocabs@gmail.com within 24 hours. If found, we will coordinate a return at a nominal delivery fee.
